We offer inspiring art classes for children aged 3 and up. We designed each interactive session thoughtfully to develop artistic skills and ignite imagination. With the guidance of our friendly and experienced teacher, students explore a wide range of classic and contemporary techniques in a fun and supportive environment.
Classes are held in Burwood, and we offer a variety of age-appropriate programs for families to choose from.
Junior Art Class (Ages 3-5)
Learning Course: Comprehensive Material Creation, Doodling, Collage, Clay Modelling, Rubbing, etc.
At this stage, children’s cognitive abilities are nurtured through a comprehensive approach. This includes keen observation of objects, imaginative creation, fundamental modelling skills, and expressive language development. Each activity is designed to enhance a different facet of their thinking, encouraging well-rounded growth. In art instruction, by learning background knowledge in drawing and the use of various materials, children’s cognitive capabilities are greatly enhanced.
Primary Art Class (Ages 5 to 12)
Primary Art【5-9YO】Inspired Art Class
Learning Course: Art Perception, Watercolour Painting, Printmaking, Oil Pastels, Gouache Painting, Acrylic Painting, etc.
In this stage, children are nurtured to proficiently express lines, understand warm and cool colour tones, and enhance compositional skills for improved spatial representation in painting. The goal is to stimulate children’s artistic expression and desire for creative art from a comprehensive perspective.
Primary Art【9-12YO】 Comprehensive Art Class
Learning Course: Coloured Pencils, Line Drawing, Watercolour, Oil Painting, Sketching, etc.
In this stage, children’s drawing skills are cultivated, focusing on the pursuit of representational abilities, which involve accurately depicting objects, commonly known as the ability to draw what one sees. This stage also emphasizes achieving a high level of realism by guiding students to refine shaping techniques, layer colours effectively, and build a convincing sense of three-dimensional form. Together, these skills support their ability to depict visual reality with depth and precision. The aim is to equip children with the ability to depict visual reality through thoughtful composition, accurate representation of objects, and structural variations.

– Junior Art Class: 1 hour

Experience Requirement
Beginner-friendly! Our Art Classes require no prior art experience.
Cost
Fees are based on a 10-week term. If the term has already commenced, fees will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis.

Junior Art: $350 per child for a 10-week term
Primary Art: $525 per child for a 10-week term
Trial for one session: $35 per child. For a new student and their first session only.

Meet Your Teacher – Ms So
Ms So holds a Master Degree in Interaction Design and Electronic Arts and has years of experience teaching art to children. She also holds formal qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care, with credentials recognised by both the NSW Department of Education and ACECQA. Drawing on her deep understanding of children’s artistic and developmental needs, she delivers high-quality creative education within a safe and nurturing environment.
